- All returns are verified against our records (including product details, serial numbers, and order photos) before a refund is approved.
How Returns Work:

- We’ll provide a trackable return label and clear instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Returns sent without prior approval, returned items that don’t match your order, or items showing signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.
- We require tracking and proof of delivery for all returns to protect both you and us.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
