  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All returns are verified against our records (including product details, serial numbers, and order photos) before a refund is approved.

How Returns Work:

  2. We’ll provide a trackable return label and clear instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior approval, returned items that don’t match your order, or items showing signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We require tracking and proof of delivery for all returns to protect both you and us.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
